Motricity’s Messaging Solution Drives Brand Engagement for Adidas

Adidas leveraged the flexibility and reach of Motricity’s messaging solution to create brand engagement and promote the new T-MAC 4 footwear line.
Using Motricity Campaign Manager, a text-based basketball gaming solution was designed that was then promoted via movie-theater advertisements. Consumers could opt-in right from their theater seat and begin playing. The game allowed participants to build teams, play games, and be eligible to win a pair of Adidas T-MAC 4 shoes. The campaign also went viral, with participants forwarding gaming content and related messages to their friends. The gaming campaign extended over a two-month period, successfully identified key influencers, and had a very high engagement rate, with over 25% of the game participants forwarding the game and related messages to others.
